Andrew and I leave for our new adventure in the south of Taiwan in less than a month. Although a great challenge and positive mood, it’s a good time to step back and take a few deep breaths.

I always feel more centered and mindful with a playlist to put me in the right mood. Also great for stretching after a workout, which I’ve been doing more of lately as well. Enjoy!
