My goal when I workout is to train my body, whether it’s walking to keep my heart rate up, yoga for flexibility, running for endurance or weights to build strength. I don’t believe in working out to manage my weight – that is where nutrition comes in.

This playlist can be used for anytime you need a little pep in your step! I use it to run sprints and train my body to be more efficient when I hike, climb or other activities that require efficiency, strength and endurance. I hope you enjoy!
