Add the grapes and the chia seeds to a food processor. If adding maple syrup, put into the processor as well. Blend the mixture until all of the skins are ground up. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes and check it’s consistency. It should be more like a jam than a jelly – but you can make it however you’d like. If you think it needs a bit more chia seeds, add another 1/2 tbsp.
