Add all ingredients to a food processor, or large immersion blender cup if using an immersion blender.
Blend ingredients very well until you get a smooth, pourable consistency.
Add more water if necessary to make sure you can pour the dressing over a salad or other veggies.
This is the same recipe I use for hummus, except I greatly reduce the water and use a bit more aquafaba.
If you’re using an immersion blender, you will need to blend it very well to make sure the garlic breaks down. I like the spicy flavor the garlic adds using the immersion blender, but if you do not like this, use garlic powder
If the hummus thickens up over night, add a little water and stir to make it a dressing consistency again
